Behind the lens
My journey as a photographer began in childhood, when my father first placed a camera in my hands. What started as simple curiosity slowly grew into a deeper way of seeing the world—through emotion, light, and story.
By the age of 17, photography had become more than observation; it became expression. I began to understand that the most powerful images are not simply seen, but felt. In 2018, I captured my first professional wedding—a defining moment that quietly shaped the path ahead. The raw emotion, fleeting details, and honest human connections from that experience stayed with me and set the foundation for my creative journey.
Since then, I have had the privilege of documenting over 100 stories across weddings, portraits, cultural events, and meaningful celebrations of life. Each experience has added depth to my perspective, teaching me to observe light, emotion, and human connection in their most natural form.
This journey led to the creation of Memorish—a name born from “Memories by Rishi,” thoughtfully blended to reflect the essence of what I create: preserving memories that feel alive. Memorish represents the union of memory and emotion—stories that are not just captured, but deeply experienced every time they are revisited.
Today, I work as the founder and lead photographer of Memorish, traveling to document authentic human stories in all their forms. From intimate portraits to large celebrations, every frame is an attempt to preserve something real, something fleeting, something deeply human.
For me, photography is about turning moments into memories — and memories into something that lasts beyond time.

Photography, for me, is about honest, unplanned moments. I’m drawn to the in-between, quiet glances, real emotions, and the natural flow of things as they happen. I prefer not to over-direct but to observe and capture what’s real so that years later you don’t just see the moment, you feel it.
How I See Photography
I focus on natural emotions, clean compositions, and timeless storytelling rather than staged moments. I let moments unfold naturally, offering light guidance when needed, and I capture real expressions and subtle details. The result is honest, effortless images that remain meaningful for years.
